Radiators for liquid immersed power transformers and reactors, manufactured according to IEC 60076-22-2 DIN 42559 EN 50216-6 in the following types:
- FG with square flanges and elements of equal length;
- FR with square flanges and lowered upper header of 2 or more elements;
- RG without flanges and elements of equal length.
Elements width 520 mm and pitch 45 mm, in cold rolled steel thickness of 1 or 1.2 mm.
Centres (L) from 800 to 3500 mm (up to 4000 mm on request).
Number of elements (N) from 2 to 36.
Elements beveled on request: on the right (R), on the left (L) or on the right and left (R+L).
Welded cold drawn tubes headers with a1, a2 min. length of 75 mm.
Air vent and draining devices according to DIN 42558, lifting lugs, stiffeners ø 8 or 10 or 50x5 mm.
Stainless steel plates 40x4 mm for mechanical and earth connection.
Pneumatic test at a pressure of 200 kPa (2 bar) under water. Vacuum resistant.
Expandable radiators on request.
Internal surfaces washed by forced and filtered circulation of transformer oil or oil resistant painting.
External surface protection available according to ISO 12944 atmospheric-corrosivity categories:
a)     Shot-blasting, degreasing, phosphating and water base painting; cationic Epoxy Electrocoat primer (KTL) on request;
b)     Hot dip galvanized coating according to ISO 1461;
c)     Hot dip galvanized coating with further degreasing, phosphating and painting (a + b).
